Покупець вдало виграв бонус $80K на автомобіль Jeep Hellcat зі знижкою після пробігу всього 1,200 миль
The Jeep Gladiator powered by a Hellcat engine was sold for $124,500, which is $80,000 less than its original price. It has been enhanced with a supercharged V8 that provides 707 horsepower, 40-inch tires, and improved Dana axles. This particular Gladiator stands out due to aftermarket modifications such as beadlock wheels and eight-piston brakes. There was a time when Stellantis seemed determined to fit a Hellcat V8 into almost every four-wheeled vehicle, except for the Jeep Gladiator, for reasons only known to them. Despite the introduction of the Wrangler 392, the Gladiator never received the mighty Hemi treatment. However, the America’s Most Wanted (AMW) tuning company decided to take matters into their own hands and succeeded in installing a Hellcat engine. Surprisingly, one lucky individual managed to purchase this modified Gladiator at a substantial $80,000 discount compared to a new one.Originally priced at $204,995, this model comes fully loaded with a 707-horsepower engine, 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels, 40-inch tires, eight-piston brake calipers, ARB air lockers, and Dana axles, making it an off-road beast.Recently, this customized Gladiator was auctioned on Bring a Trailer with only 1,200 miles on it, fetching $124,500 for the new owner, which is a significant saving compared to buying brand new.One interesting observation was that the initial owner spent around $6.75 per mile driven. Additional costs such as fuel, insurance, and registration further add to the already high price tag.Similarly, another Hellcat-powered Gladiator was sold last year for $125,000, featuring similar enhancements but with larger 42-inch tires. From a cost-benefit perspective, this modified Gladiator offers great value for money with its significant upgrades, including larger tires, improved differentials, bigger brakes, and a substantial increase in power. While a new Gladiator could be purchased for half the price, it wouldn’t offer the same level of superiority over stock models. And that, ultimately, is the essence of its existence.
